How do you define "well-supported?" Your PC hasn't crashed this week? The IT department moved you up on the waiting list from #6 to #4?

For reliable monthly support that's always focused on the tasks you select, Plains Technology offers its Technology Support Agreements. TSAs, or Technology Support Agreements, reserve a set number of hours per month for Plains Technology engineers to come on-site and perform tasks you specify in our agreement.

We follow the "ounce of prevention" rule with proactive TSA support. This way, at a fraction of the cost of even 1 full-time engineer, your systems stay reliable.

TSA Features

  • TSA hours are on-site support visits to your company, scheduled (and repeated) each month.
    • Remote support is an available option.
  • We determine the number of hours your TSA contract will need by the company's infrastructure and number of users.
  • In order to find where support is needed most, every new TSA contract starts with an audit of your IT systems, a software review, and an environmental risks assessment (quoted separately).
  • TSA Support is available 24/7, in case an emergency occurs.
  • TSA hours may be used for regular maintenance and/or special projects as you see fit.

Visits Staffed By Network Engineers and Network Technicians. We’ve found that the most successful approach is to combine the services of network engineers and network technicians on our TSAs. They each bring a different perspective to your network. They’ll tell you about a new security program, or a more efficient backup process, or cost-savings measures which help safeguard your network and increase reliability.

Keep Your Systems Working Reliably. A well-supported network minimizes the likelihood of future problems. And proactive maintenance is always far less expensive than disaster recovery.

We Check Things Other Companies Overlook. We test back-ups and monitor your server and back-up logs daily, these are vital elements of a reliable network. But they’re very often overlooked on a day-to-day basis.
